At present on behalf of our client who is modern pharmaceutical company specialised in the manufacture and sale of nutritional supplements and pharmaceuticals we are looking for a candidate with multi task ability to fulfill the above mentioned role.
Main Accountibilities:
- Proposes and executes plans to secure productive working environment of the company including office refurbishment, office supplies, etc.
- Administrates internal guidelines
- Co-operates with financial department (register incoming invoices, completes agreements with suppliers, sort post, monitors presence of employees)
- Represent the first front company face towards customers, consumers, suppliers and other contact people
- Manages incoming phone calls
- Sales and marketing administration
- Executive assistant to Country Manager
- Co-operates ad hoc with other office team members in relevant cases, helps to improve efficiency of internal communication
Requirements:
- Secondary/High school (University not needed). Economical/lawyers education advantage but not mandatory.
- 1+ year of experience on similar position
- Fluent English
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding Communication skills
- MS Office proficiency including MS Excel
- Service oriented personality
