PROCESS ENGINEERING TEAMLEADER (ASSEMBLY, CUSTOMIZATION)
The role in which we want to challenge you

Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a manufacturing organization.

Your Responsibilities in the role

• Establish and maintain statistical process control systems
• Establish and improve process capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.
• Work with other engineering team members to design manufacturable new products.
• Improve throughput in constrained areas.
• Develop and test new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
• Develop best in class process in ASY and PRD area
• Coordinate section activities, support the day-to-day activities of the respective team
• Plan and secure required resources, set the targets, controls his team and defines people development
• Ensure team budget, schedules and performance requirement are met
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities within section. Lead and take active part in Lean projects with his team and other groups
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Our requirements towards you

• University degree in Engineering
• Min. 4-6 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry, preferably mobile phone manufacturing, 1-2 years experience in people management
• Structured and forward looking thinking (both strategic and tactical thinking)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills, command of most technique
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Experience in Lean, 6Sigma
