Country:    Netherlands (+31)

Description of position:    Manage the architecture & design stages of the solution development. The PM will work closely with architects and vendors providing components of the solution.

Duties:    · Manage Architecture schedules, workload and priorities.

· Manage Change Requests for change management support.

· Manage the development of a Requirements Traceability Matrix for delivery process support.

· Support on-going resolution of technical design issues identified during design and testing phases

· Take part in the MVNO design & delivery planning sessions.

· On-going alignment of IT deliveries to MVNO solution as described in the High Level Solution Architecture.

· Represent the IT department with other MVNO groups in Engineering, Product Management, Corporate Marketing and others.

· Subject to appropriate management of workload, also support the development, testing and deployment of MVNO in various affiliates.

Position is based in Amsterdam.

International travel as required (weekly fly-backs to home city are allowed).

Requirements, skills:    Education level: Minimum of bachelor degree in a technology domain.

Experience: Minimum of 7+ years PM experience in an expert delivery environment.

Required skills/background:

o Has extensive project management and delivery experience in high paced client environments.

o Has experience working with design teams and contributing to overall service platform design in multiple customer environments.

o Has experience working with customers to explain their options using various service designs, review the benefits of each solution and ensure the customer's business requirements are satisfied with the design.

o Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage.

o Good communication skills and understanding of various cultures.

o Strong analytical skills; the ability to see at both the high level view and focus on detail if required; the ability to apply technology to solve business problems.

o Results driven, pro-active individual.

Below skills are an added advantage:

o Experience in telecommunications sector.

o Experience MVNO and mobile technologies.

Known languages:    Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage.

Short company info:    The client is a large European Cable Operator offering triple-play and over-the-top video services to its customers. The client is developing a new MVNO platform to complement its service portfolio with mobile telephony.
